I think Canelo is in a zone right now for sure - but once the right opponent is in front of him who wants to win and has the style to do it- I think the fight will look different and all of a sudden you see him getting hit with punches from angles you don't expect. Look at the jabs of GGG and Kov for example, they were landing a lot....Plant has the size and a good jab...I believe Saunders is going to take the fight to Canelo and given the angles he can take, he's not going to look the same as with Anvii who just stood there. This next fight is a much better barometer, I'm excited to see what Canelo does

Plants jab isn't anywhere near as good as GGG's jab though. And Big Charlo has a better jab than all of them.

            Ginger fans are in denial.

Avni Yildirim is, was and always be a bum.

With sub par opponents and shady scoring, he might be unbeatable.

Better than GGG's and Kovalev's? Ternce Sir, don't say stuff just to say it - Jermell and Jermall arent even buying that

Without looking, I am positive GGG would rank at the top of connect percentage all time with his jab, not that I rely on compubox or any other metric but the guy barely misses that punch, it's one of the best jabs in recent memory.

You can say the jab that Kovalev was throwing in that fight with Canelo didn't look to be his best, that I'll agree on. But Kov has put down/out multiple guys with his jab and used it in a comprehensive boxing performance against a P4P, a fight he might have won.

Charlo's jab is good, it's his best weapon in my opinion....but it had been on vacation for a stretch of fights - maybe fell in love with the power a little too much. It reappeared recently so you can throw him on the list why not. ....perhaps Charlo's jab is better, fair enough...but it would be Plant's size + good jab which makes them a little closer

I think one of the problems with GGG and Kovalev using their jab against Canelo was that it looked like they were afraid to throw anything else. I love a good jab, but it should eventually lead to the landing of other harder punches to be considered fully “effective”. GGG was clearly afraid to go to the body against Canelo, even with the jab. Kovalev used the jab backing up to keep Nelo off him, not to set up any telling shots. I think a good varied jab has to set up some hard shots upstairs and downstairs vs Nelo to get somewhere.

He shouldn't have turned down the offer to fight Canelo. (As admitted by Jermell.)

And he knows what Canelo is going after. So he should be putting himself in position to get a belt at 168 against Plant, or in position to become a mando by fighting Benavidez (who has called Jermall out.)

This should surprise nobody considering you also had Lara winning despite getting heavily outlanded in power shots the entire fight & still only managing a comparable amount of jabs.

(100 jabs loses to 97 power shots no matter what)(I think Canelo broke the record because almost all his punches were power shots,& most to the gut)

I know you said you haven't rewatched it though,& Kov fight was kinda boring,so makes sense.

Theres no way for Kovalev to have been ahead in that fight, thats not my opinion just based on the way pro fights are scored. I actually went through the rd by rd recently to prove Dan Rapheal is fos,& came to the conclusion that Kov couldn't possibly have won more than 3 rds absolute max. Thats 1 more fight that proves the narrative fos about pro Canelo judges.(ggg was the only fighter who actually can say he won 6 rds vs Canelo in 1st fight, besides Floyd,& even then it's unreasonable to say he won the fight as as usual he lost the championship rds & the opening 3 clearly imho,& ggg has lost the champ rds vs Jacobs,2nd Canelo fight,& maybe Deryev too,the judges all agreed)

That said I respect your opinion, just debating with you.
