the competition at 168 is mediocre. only top ten p4p'er is beterbiev and canelo wont fight him until he is old and far past his prime.
andrade and bivol have been calling out canelo at 168, but they get ignored.

Hell he damn near lost to Kovalev. If Danny hadn't been so scared to throw punches I think he'd have won. And I, & many others, think GGG did beat him in their rematch.
Thats half of his last 6 fights he was at some risk of losing.
Canelo is a badass mfer, but you are lying to yourself if you think he can't be beaten.

I wouldn’t get too excited about this performance. He did what he had to do vs that level of fighter. Which is always good. You definitely don’t want to go 12 with a guy like Yildirim when you’re #1 P4P.
I think his 12 rounds vs Callum Smith was more impressive and praise worthy.

Maybe so, it is a very poor landscape from middle-weight to Light Heavyweight these days.
I still think Eubank Junior will give him a tough fight, with his intensity and determination. Alvarez still does not have man gears, but nobody has been really good enough to push his engine.
Carl Froch, Andre Ward are past middle-weights that would of beaten Alvarez etc the landscape right now is just really poor.

He’s one tough Irish Mexican!
min Mexico in a gringo and he isn’t?
bayuuum
But, Mexico is a country of not just Azteca, Olmec, Toltec, Spanish, German, Irish, Lebanese and unfortunately Mormons.
there are Mexican ***s.
Canelo is one strong man.
I want him to fight Charlo. I think Ward has a chance to win, but Canelo knows how to close the show fast.
