Overweight coke head Benavidez looks like he has the most potential.
he didn't draw, Lara got robbed. He hasn't got a really earned win against the better names. I give him smith, even though he shouldn't been a Champ. Still there's a lot talent coming up the ladder. Morell, Berlanga, Benavidez, Plant, el Zurdo Ramírez and even saunders are already here. No reason to cherry pick if he wants to leave a legacy.

Another question is why don't they fight each other? What it up with that? There is an obvious double standard at play here.
They're called weight classes, not height classes; should Sebastian Fundora fight at HW because he's as tall as he is? Despite all of them being taller than him, he's still the only one who missed weight while fighting at 154. It doesn't matter what other physical attributes they have over him, they were every bit LMW's as he supposedly was. If the other guys fought someone at 175 then you better believe that others would be calling for them to face the best in that division. Canelo didn't have to fight Kovalev but he did and is now open for that discussion of fighting other LHW's.

You don't have to fight people your underdog against every fight thats asking too much.
But you have to fight the boxers people feel have best chance of beating you. So Callum Smith was good. BJS would be good.

Floyd didn't do that. He didn't fight thurman, spence, crawfird, guys who might not have necessarily been favourite but we're toughest available

          Beterbiev is avoiding Bivol.

          And Bivol is avoiding Beterbiev.

Why don't you say anything about that? Why only target Canelo with your criticism?

its a mando, he literally had to fight the guy as he signed an agreement before the Smith fight..He is unifying in May so I dont see any reason to cry about this fight as it HAD TO HAPPEN..

translation ' i carefully cherry pick belt holders that looked awful/shot in their previous fight, give them the shortest possibile amount of time to train, while i have been training and cycling PEDS for months prior, then i pretend i am fighting the best champion, all in the safe knowledge even if i lose the judges will give it to me'

same ole shytt with the haters nothing new.
They're bums are they? So you agree that Canelo is not only cherry picking, but crippling them too to stack the deck and guarantee victory? Tell me how he's beating the best if he's doing both these things?

F-ck outta here with your nonsense. When are Bivol and Beterbiev going to fight each other? They've been champs at Lt Heavy for years now. YEARS. When is that one going to happen?

Don't be bringing up Andrade either. He's 33 years old, never fought a current or former world champion. GGG, Charlo and Plant are available and who does he sign on to fight in April? Who's this killer that the GREAT & FEARED Andrade is going to fight? Andrade is a chump that's content on fighting scrubs.
Andrade is fighting his mandatory. He'll be stripped if he doesn't fight Williams.

These guys don't fight each other cos they just hoping for that "canelo call" next with the big payday; why risk it . . .
