This is surprising thought he was signing with Matchroom. Golden Boy is also on DAZN so paves the way for Bivol fight this year. Is Kovalev still owed 1 more fight with Golden Boy? That's a nice name to add to Ramirez resume once Kovalev's suspension is over. Also better chance getting Golden Boy to work with Top Rank and make Ramirez vs Beterbiev then Hearn after bidding on Lopez fight.

With the sport of Boxing being such a huge part of Mexican sports culture, why hasn't Mexico hosted a mega-fight in so many years? I see NBA, MLB, NFL, MLS, all going to Mexico, but not Top-Level Boxing! Seems rather odd!
