Holyfield-tyson is doing all the selling. Nobody is paying for teofimo. I dont get this whole thing where lopez is a draw cause he beat loma. Its barely his first fight after the win

People keep acting like Triller are a bunch of garbage pandas who got no clue what's going on. They had the biggest PPV fight last year & probably the biggest revenue generating boxing event. That isn't a accident. They KNEW this old ass guy fight had enough legs to make them profit. They KNEW Snoop could kill it at fun commentary. They got HBO boxing guys working for them. This isn't a bs hoping for the best operation. They got an idea of what they are doing & they definitely got a better idea of entertaining casual fans than most everyone else in boxing combined.
And TBH I don’t even think they are focused on breaking into boxing? I believe they are using it as a vehicle to launch their social network platform and to build that!

so without even trying they are giving the establishment a run for their money

Tyson does over a million, not a pair of lightweights and punch drunk Evan. De****able card but what I expect out of boxing through out it's history.

I think they are focused on boxing to some extent. They started a company/boxing league called Fight Club. I'm assuming this Teo fight will be a part of that. I for one look forward to a post fight interview where Snoop isn't asking basic ass "so who necks" type questions for once.

not as many as the Tyson vs RJJ fight. We've already seen what happened 20 yrs odd yrs ago. Holyfield would win. it won't be a real fight.

I say more people will watch Holyfield-Tyson than watched the Roy Jones fight.

I like it. Unless you pair Lopez fight with a strong main event I don't think it is intriguing enough to sell on it's on.

It does over two million. Maybe three.

Mike Tyson is a name that exists not just above current boxing but completely separate from boxing entirely. Mike is a global icon. Fighting his most famous opponent and revisiting the ear biting and everything is as big an event as you could put him in, probably just as big as putting him in with Fury or Joshua.

Triller really didnt promote the Tyson Jones PPV because they werent sure how it was going to go and I think that was the right strategy. But now they know this is money money and we would be seeing commercials on network TV.
