I'm trying to like Clarissa Shields. But I just don't see it. Yes, she's the best in the division. But the fighters are horrendous . And Clarissa can't crack an egg. With her superiority of skills , she should be blowing these chicks away. I find her fights boring as hell.

Even lacking power, with the proper technique and aggression you'd think she could get any of these women out of there? By accumulation type stoppage? Apparently not. The Habazin fight was the real nail in the coffin for Shields for me. Habazin wouldn't have even lasted 4-5 rounds with Savanah Marshall. Ivana stopped throwing punches for the 2nd half of the fight and was just trying to survive for the 'moral' victory since Claressa's classless brother or whoever sucker punched her elderly trainer at the weigh in or presser.

I've lost the interest and energy to closely follow women's boxing but despite the good things I've head about Marie Eve-Dicaire (I am a Canuck and will be rooting for her as such) I wasn't too impressed with the little I've seen of her and her 0% KO ratio is slightly disheartening.

My drunk ass misread the initial thread title and thought it was Rhonda Rousey for some reason... Thankfully it's the woman who beat her ass out of combat sports instead. Also just now realizing they each have the same first and last initial. RR HH.
