Cotto is declining and Margarito beat the prime out of Cotto. Clottey beat Cotto, but was robbed. Top Rank has a way of getting their big fights of. He could have fought Mosley at 140, yet he said no and ducked him. Also had the great chance to fight Williams but got scared

I don't think it's cherrypicking at all. He's a full weightclass bigger, younger, and stronger. Pac would fight anyone Arum put in front of him.

There are just some guys he doesn't need to fight, Williams is one of them. Mosley is a huge risk before a possible (huge payday) match up with Mayweather. The Pac people, I'm sure, are confident Cotto is their best option right now. Time will tell but I also believe Margarito beat the prime out of Cotto.
