What the hell is Teiken doing with Linares?

I know he just came off the shoulder injury & everything but I think these fights he's been taking are a waste of time. I'm not sure if they took the fights with Perez and Garcia to allow Linares to let his shoulder heal, or if they are just tune ups after almost a year lay off but they make no sense. I had never even heard of Whyber Garcia or Josafat Perez before Linares fought them.

He needs to fight Guerrero or Soto.
Both fights that I know that he can win.
130 is there for the taking.. with Linares at the top of the ratings
he can make a name for himself.
