Although I thought the fight was awful strange, I never said anything like that, this is just another one of your futile attempts at making me seem irrational in order to make your posts sound more reasonable, and don't even try that **** about name calling because you and I both know we've both been calling each other names since long before now, because that's the only thing you know how to do when someone makes valid points and calls you on your biased "observations" of fighters and fights. The only reason I even brought it up is because certain people had posted their negative opinions about simple name calling instead of any productive debating between the Klit haters and Huggers, if that's how you'd like to refer to them. I just wanted to at least bring it to people's attention that the Klit "huggers" are not the only ones to engage it that type of behavior, as you almost always resort to insults and name calling when you're challenged, and by the way, that's right, I said he gets panicky, because I have the balls to call it like I see it, the good and the bad alike. How many successful fighters throughout history have fought "scared"? At least I have a realistic idea of what most fighters are about, and if a fighter I like has a flaw, I acknowledge it. That's far more than you have ever done since I've been on this site. You are one of those people that think you have to "win" every arguement, and your definition of winning seems to simply be getting the last word in, whether it makes sense or not. You say that no one can have a civilized debate with me because I'll fly off the handle as soon as someone says he's less than great? Do you even really read my posts? Have you ever tried to debate anything with me without attacking me and calling me some ****** **** like "groupie"? No, the answer is you have never tried to, and most likely never will, because the truth is you're the one who can never accept any opinion other than your own, and I've stopped making points because you never even tried to respond to any of them, starting with the first one I ever made, it's a waste of my time to make valid points to you because you never try to debate me, you just start that ****** **** you always resort to. Look over my posts, with exception to the ones with you, Jabbie, and Boxing collector, and you will see that I interact with others and treat others with much more respect than you ever have. I just treat you bad because it's the only thing you understand, you don't appreciate respect, you seem to think you deserve it because of who you are, and since you're nobody to me, I disagree. I feel I've done my part as far as trying to discuss fights and fighters in a civil manner with everyone, and will continue to do so with everyone else. Like I said, if you ever made an effort to make valid points and focused a little less on trying to humiliate people, I might respect you more, but as it stands, the more you post that bull****, the more people are going to see that you don't even come here to talk about boxing, you come here looking for an arguement, because it makes you feel good when you can make someone else stop posting, and for Christ's sake, invest in a ****ing speak and spell!
    Very good points!!!

Yeah, I do too, Byrd and his fans have talked so much trash in spite of the one-sided fight that took place last time. Byrd has come up with plenty of excuses for his fights, I don't know why nobody jumps on him.

This is an old argument. I am a fan of Wladimir Klitschko. I don't know if he will ever live up to the original expectations of being the heir apparent to Lennox Lewis. At this point, it sure doesn't look like he will.

Having said that, countless champions have been knocked out, many have made successful come backs and many have not. I just don't think it's fair to say a guy should retire for getting knocked out when other fighters (Lewis, Tyson, Ali, and countless many others) get KO'ed and it's just a bump in the road of their careers. With Wladimir being 28 or 29 years old and still has his wits about him, it would be ridiculous to suggest that he should retire at this point. He may not be the best out there, but he has accomplished enough and earned the right to attempt a comeback. Those that don't agree have clearly formed their opinion without regard for boxing and solely on personal preference. In other words, they are bias.

In some of Wlad's fights, he kicks the crap out of his opponent and punches himself out (Brewster, Purity, T.O.S.). If he had the ref from the Cotto/Corley fight, he would have only one loss. Sanders is the only one ever to knock Wlad literally out.

In regards to Lewis, There is nothing wrong with making a comparison between Lewis and Wladimir. Lewis was good in the mid 90’s, but he wasn’t a God. Besides getting knocked literally out twice, he had his faults. They say Lewis dropped the WBA and IBF belts because there was more money and fan interest in other fights. Yet Lewis retired rather than rematch Vitali for a boat load of money and tremendous fan interest.

It doesn't take a psychiatrist to figure that one out.

            Are you fooled?

Wladimir is a fighter who has alot to prove. He has 3 losses, that he has yet to avenge. In comparison to Lewis, yes Lewis has 2 losses by K.O....however he avenged those losses in impressive fashion. Wladimir seems to have stamina problems as of late, and they are becoming progressive with every fight. He has also lost a great deal of confidence in the ring, as well as having been "exposed" by slick hard punching fighters. There is no question he was a great fighter, However; as shallow as the HW division is right now...I still dont see him winning a title.

The best shot he has is a rematch with byrd, and that is definitely not going to happen. Chris Byrd's sights are on a unification
bout. Time is seriously running out for Wlad.
