Would be a great card, hope this fight gets made. A few obstacles, but I think Arum will make it happen.

Arum has has not put on any good PPVs since the Cotto-Margarito fight, let alone a quality undercard. And putting a fight like this on the undercard of Pacquiao-Cotto would be a big plus. It won't necessarily be his fault if these guys turn this slot down. Valero turned down a $500,000 payday to fight a less dangerous opponent than Soto in Bredis Prescott. I would not be a bit suprised to see him turn down this assignment on a high profile undercard. And from what I read in the story Soto didn't make a concrete agreement to fight Valero on the undercard. But if the fight happens I've got Soto by KO.

As far as putting these two against B or A class fighters, they'll get exposed. Guzman vs Soto had Soto looking like a random cab driver. Soto would be Valero's first challenge, that says everything about Valeor's competition.

With that said, it would be a very exciting fight and i would def watch it don't get the wrong idea from my opinions on these fighters.
What fight were you watching? If Soto looked like a cab driver in that fight then why was it Guzman with a busted up face. I'm not saying the decision wasn't fair, but Soto was never hurt and he landed the harder punches. I've debated this with people before, and to me all Guzman did was constantly retreat from exchanges and land a bunch of pitty pat punches.
