Hmmmmm....Hypothetical?
Cotto gets disqualified for low blow vs Marquez
Cotto wins on ear bite disqualification by morales
Cotto defaults by arriving late to Barrera fight
Cotto quits before fight and Manny claims 7th title.

Cotto vs Morales - I actually think that Cotto would have a shot against Morales. While Erik is a master at keeping people at his distance he isn't nearly as good an infighter as people are led to believe. If Cotto gets inside I think he could tire Morales who isn't exactly known for being dillegent in the gym. His style and demeanor suits Cotto better IMO.
Cotto vs Barrera- Barrera is a surprising jabber and really good at turning opponents into shots. He is also a good inside fighter and while I don't think he would go toe to toe with Cotto (remember we are talking 126lb Barrera who boxed more not 122lb Barrera who loved to war) I do think he would occasionally attack the body to keep Cotto honest.
Cotto vs JMM- this one is tough but the key for JMM is the key that most people see in Cotto in that he is often over the front foot of his punches leaving him prone to uppercuts, something JMM is the best at in boxing IMO. I could see JMM stopping Cotto with a wicked attack ending in an uppercit but not without sustaining a ton of damage himself.

I agree with most of the sayings that Pacman would have trouble with Clottey and Marge.
Cottos a man of business and I think he beats all of pacmans opponents not necessary in the fashion that Pac did.

Pac isnt that much smaller then Cotto...
