Pacquiao could deal with Cotto's power and Cotto could neutralize Pacquiao's speed?

Cotto has shown that he can, to a certain degree, neutralize speed (Zab, Paulie and Mosley), BUT....Zab, Paulie and Shane DO NOT THROW PUNCHES IN BUNCHES AND AT ODD ANGLES like Pacquiao does....and it doesn't take a HARD PUNCH to open up a cut on your face....(ex. Paulie vs. Diaz)...if Pacquiao can consistenly land a hard jab, right hook, straight left, which IMO, he can....Cotto's face by the 5th or 6th round will be badly cut or swollen to the point that he might not be able to see.

Pacquiao has shown that he can handle a BIG MAN's POWER....but that is only in sparring. As everyone knows...sparring is something totally different than dealing with the same circumstances while fighting on fight night. BUT...how different can power be if you are allowing yourself to be hit to the body and to the chin (albeit with headgear and a protector on) when sparring against 3-4 different guys in one session (Jr. MWs), and the guys are fresh in terms of power and stamina as Roach rotates the fighters every 2-3 rounds. Cotto also does not do anything special to prepare for...just his power. IMHO

In my mind, NO ONE FIGHTER WILL HAVE A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE OVER THE OTHER, but it WILL COME DOWN TO THEIR CORNER....Roach and Pac have a father son type of relationship...I've only seen a similar trainer/fighter relationship Emmanuel and Wladimir...
IF Cotto gets into trouble during this fight...his corner will have to talk him down and get him re-focused....I don't think he has that kind of relationship with Santiago, YET. Pacquiao has always shown that he listens to and executes whatever Freddy tells him......
Can't wait.....DISCUSS?
