Amir Khan will rematch Prescott because he said he would, and the fact Briedis has lost, it will only serve the purpose of showing that Khan just got hit clean and can beat a hard hitting opponent since he has learned.

So true he mentioned it one time but they are not going after that fight. They are mentioning Paulie for obvious reasons. If Khan fight Prescott again and wins alot of the critics will back off. But the route they are taking is just fueling the perception of Khan

None of the 'critics' will give a toss if Khan fights Prescott again and wins, it will prove nothing. Neither should they; if he gets past Salita he should be looking forward to guys like Bradley and Alexander (via Maidana, Campbell, Diaz etc) at LWW, not back to Prescott at LW, even if he can still make LW. Unless its for a belt, Prescott is a nothing fight for the foreseable future.

I hope Khan fights Maidana a couple of fights down the line, Khan is still learning and i dont think hed be ready for him yet, couple me fights at 140 then hed be more capable of a win.

Salita IMO is the right fight for Khan right now.
