And just to add on more: He hurt DLH to the body and buckled his knees fighting 10+ pounds above his real fighting weight with gigantic gloves.

Punching power isn't the only way to buzz or even hurt another fighter. The speed at which the punches comes, and whether or not your opponent is even able to see it coming, has as much, or even more to do with it than actual punching power.
I'd take a punch from a harder puncher that I can see any day over one that I didn't see coming, even from a guy without as much pop.

FLoyd actually hurt Oscar more than Manny did, Even though Manny landed alot more. I saw Oscar Buckle atleast twice, and with heavier gloves and oscar wasnt weight drained.

Last time Mayweather faught a guy smaller than him, he KO'd him in 10. Might I add, the guy walks with his chin straight out, and doesn't have the best of chins.
So, he fights another guy smaller than him. A counter-puncher might I add(intelligence, if you dont know what I am getting at). So, he will take him to 10 and try to KO him... but can't because the dude has too much heart.
on topic: Mayweather doesn't seem to hit as hard at welterweight compared to his lightweight performances.

If what Oscar says is true and Mayweather is more feather fisted than I believed than he pretty much has no chance against Cotto. Cotto will walk right true his punches and pretty much bully Mayweather.
