We all know Pacquiao is VERY FAST, maybe not 10 X faster than cotto...lol but faster than cotto. What I think people don't realize is when cotto is not fighting a big fighter(clottey, margarito, etc), cotto's speed can be seen and he is pretty fast, maybe not 10X fast, but fast. I think he'll surprise pacquiao and roach.
