This fight wouldn't last the 12 rounds. One way or the other.

Diaz was obviously bothered by Marquez' body punching. Can Hatton get to Diaz body like Marquez did, and actually hurt him like that since Hatton is clearly bigger?

I think Hatton can win by breaking down Diaz with body punching.

It didn't work against Pacquiao because of Pacquiao's speed and power but Diaz has no power. Hatton by late TKO or comfortable UD.

Diaz can't beat Hatton. Hatton always wins against guys like Diaz if he's anywhere close to his best. Way too strong for Juan.

Diaz is a very good Lightweight. He shouldn't be fighting guys at 140. He's too small and not a big enough puncher to make up for the lack of size.

If this fight is done in Houston, Texas; probably the referee will do the impossible to prevent Hatton to punch Juan Diaz. Also if the judges are from Houston, they will do all possible to give unanimous decision to Diaz The best they can do is to have this fight in a neutral place and without doubt will be a good match. I believe Hatton will KO Diaz.

Diaz should do the rematch with Paulie so he could shut all the haters up and stick it to the doubters. The fight could've gone either way, I actually though Diaz pulled it off ( Much like Cotto got the decision against Clottey WHILE BEING OUTPUNCHED AND OH YES IN MADISON SQUARE). However, I do agree he still unfinished business with Paulie and would definitely make for a great rematch. So Juan before you step to Hatton, give the whining Paulie a rematch.

This is actually an intriguing fight, IMO.

I would definitely pay to watch this one.

I like how Diaz went from a guy that gave Marquez a difficult fight in the likely FOTY to being just some bum. well done guys.

I dont care if Diaz gets crushed by Hatton, this would be an entertaining fight, and I would go for it. I mean, I dont see Hatton fighting Bradley or any of the other top 140lbers, do you guys?
