Somebody answer this for me. If the story is supposed to be that he hanged himself, how is it that the body was initially discovered on the bed or on the floor according to who you want to believe?

Isn't a person who hangs themselves always found suspended off the ground?

No doubt about it, every third world country is flooded with corruption (any country for that matter).
