In floyd's defense, he was simply trying to line up the payday against dlh when moving up to WW...

Thru skillfull cherrypicking he got the fight w/ dlh. Just look @ cotto for instance. Cotto was on track to get the dlh payday when he unwisely fought margo. If he cherrypicked he would've gotten the dlh payday and avoided the ,
Margo beating.

At the end of the day, floyd deserves the criticism but u gotta understand the reason for it. Yes floyd avoided the tough fights, but he got the dlh payday which is what he only cared about in the first place.

Floyd hasn't fought in 2 yrs. when he did come to the WW division, Judah was the undisputed champ. sharmba mitchell was ranked in the top 10, Judah was #1 and Baldomir was ranked #1 when he fought him. Mosley wasn't even at WW, Berto wasn't ranked top ten. Cotto wasn't at WW when Floyd 1st came to the division. margarito was ranked but not above Judah or baldomir at the time they had fought floyd. Collazo was a unknown, Williams was a green fighter.... the point I'm tryig to make is that, what is now wasn't like that back then!
