Maybe this guy isn't telling the whole story as to why the confrontation happened. Can Mayweather be criminaly charged for the actions of his bodygaurd? Please leave that question for people who know at least a little about the law.

That way its too deep to slide out but its already close enough for you to just hit it and it slides into place. Then you can **** it if you want to use it. That way I never made a mistake because alot of guns have triggers that go off easily

You would have to prove without a doubt that Floyd told him to do it and that is not easy to do. You cant just go by the vicims word, there has to be proof or other witnesses who heard it and are credible. Floyd's team could easily say that Floyd's partner just got into an altercation with him, he did it on his own, and that the victim just wants to put Floyd's name in it to get paid. I bet anything if it came to that point then the friend would take the fall for Floyd because you know Floyd could take care of him financialy when he's released.

9 out of 10 though, nothing ususally happeneds if no one got hurt. In most other cases the bullets hit someone. No one got hit in this case so I dont see them going out of there way to run a big time investigation, e****ally for a cat who's probably got a record his ownself
