        This is not news, this is how it is done in most of the States. Here is the deal, the Officials are usually paid by the Promoter directly, if not, then the Promoter pays the "State Boxing Rep." in charge of overseeing the event, one big check or "fee" and then the State's office issues a check to the Officials who worked the event...
