No wonder **** like this happens in Texas!

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Administrative Rule 61.40 "Responsibilities of the Promoter"

    "A Promoter shall . . .

    (9) Immediately after the event, compensate the ringside physicians, timekeepers, judges, referees and contestants. Payment of percentage contracts shall be made when the amount can be determined. Payments that do not require additional accounting or auditing, shall be made in the presence of an authorized Department representative."

Judges and referees will tend to favor the promoter's boxer, consciously or subconsciously, you will not bite the hand that feeds you, unless you're a ****ing snake. If these system will not change, there's no freaking way you can get an honest decision in Texas. Any questionable rounds will be given to the favored boxer, every time...

Oscar should go into acting or politics, he's got a great future there. I don't believe anything Oscar says anymore, he's too inconsistent to be called honest Abe...
