    2 Wrongs Don't Make A Right, But...

the following has a point. Malignaggi talking about boxing's popularity was out of bounds for a post fight interview.

In response to a question in a mailbag:

If you were fighter you’d never go to Texas? OK, fair enough. But you know what? I betcha Herman Ngoudjo was thinking to himself that non-American fighters should never come to the U.S. after he lost a unanimous decision to Malignaggi last January. It was a very close fight that went to the boxer instead of the stronger, more aggressive fighter. I thought, like many observers, that Ngoudjo won seven rounds. But very similar to the Diaz fight, one judge had Paulie up by seven rounds, the other had him up by eight rounds and one judge had it ridiculously lopsided for the Magic Man (Al Bennett’s 117-111 score). Funny how Malignaggi didn’t think boxing was “full of s__t” after that fight. Ngoudjo didn’t say anything like that, though. And he didn’t say he’d never come to the States again, either.

He took his loss like a man. - Doug Fischer

Doug Fischer is the man. Even if you don't agree with him, the guy tells it like it is.

The robbery beef stems from the 2 dumbass cards. 7-5 Diaz or 6-6 woulda been acceptable imo. Not that either guy couldn't have won, but Diaz looked like he lost and no way he won more than 115-113. Paulie's rant on boxing as a whole was ******, but he had a right to call the judges on their bull****. And yea, it certainly is true he didn't dominate Herman in that fight.
