Just going by the past few. The 24/7 shows become c****r and c****r as it moves forward. It's like watching prison break. Starts out fkin awesome but as it jumps to season 2 gets worse and so on........
Are the 24/7 shows really NECESSARY anymore???

No they are not.In fact,I would go as far as to say they are bad for the sport of boxing. These type of shows follow the same old cliche's every time,The long drawn out tale of the fighter with humble beginnings who made it out of the **** hole of which he was raised to become a successful prize fighter,
The cringe worthy story of how fighter A is able to provide for his mother who raised him and his 20 other siblings in some crack den ,
How fighter B is still close to his roots and gives back the to the community of which he was raised even though in reality he couldn't give two ****s about it while living in his million dollar mansion far away from the crime, the poor and second class citizens
Not to mention the type of viewer that it attracts,The same kind of casual ignorant fool who doesn't have the slightest clue about the sport of boxing and unfortunately these morons find their way over to such forums as this,Spouting the same kind of ignorant nonsense that they were programmed to spout
boxing could do without this **** and the raging alcoholic, wife beating antics of one Jim Lampley,He's definately bad for the sport of boxing
These actions hurt boxing and hbo and golden boy promotions couldn't give a damn about it as long as they are still making money
There is one good sign however,mmGAY has started copying 24/7 with their own cheap lame version called "Primetime"
And seeing such a pathetic attempt makes me smile at how sad and gay mmGAY really is,Why do people even watch that ****Last edited by princemanspoper; 08-25-2009, 03:47 AM.Comment
