this fight is gonna be good, every day i change my mind about the outcome,i can see manny doing the aggressive attacking at the same time i see cotto delivering them hard shots of his, manny has to be very very fast in this fight,in and out in and out,for some reason i think roach is under estimating cottos power, cotto aint de la hoya

delahoya was easy work 'cause roach had him for a bit. he knew him all too well and he knew he was done. Hatton comes in and lowers his arms to grab the opponent and roach knew how to set the plan up to catch him all too easy. now that doesn't mean Emmanuel Dapridan is not an incredible boxer, he is. but so is cotto and that's why this fight will be FOTY and is dangerous for both

I agree, both are dangerous to each other. Although I`m all out for Pacman, I feel nervous in this fight, unlike in Hatton`s case I was not.

They said Hatton was more of live dog then Delaquitter. Pac takes him out in 2.

Now this, when will they just except reality
Hatton fights before Pac was light hitting Paulie and a over the hill Lazcano that was hurting Ricky. Hatton even before the Floyd fight didn't have an impressive win. Only Hatton fans thought he had a chance, just cause Floyd senior and HBO 24/7 talked a good game people were sold. The very few times that DelaHoya pressure his size he made Manny go back and feel uncomfortable. Not to say that Cotto will beat him but Pac is being rated on the performance and not the contenders that he beat. The same thing can be said by Mayweather.

Manny has taken all contenders on the lower rates. His chin is better than people think. Look at the combinations that Marquez hit him with and once he shook them off he went back to his game plan. Marquez has hit others with those same punches and have KOed them out(look at his last 2 fights). This fight is a pick-em

Didnt Cotto already beat (close fight though) him and all his attributes???? What does little man Pac have that Mosley didn't present to Cotto already other than being small?

Cotto has proven himself vs someone fast and with footwork. Mayweather, Mosley and Cotto will all beat little man Pac. I've said it from day one.

On the flip side Cotto IMO is the easier of the 3. Doesn't mean Pac will walk in there and beat him though. Cotto can take a punch and I don't believe Pac has anything to bother Cotto. Speed kills but Cotto has proven himself against speed.......

Besides who cares what Pac's old trainer has too say. Roach has made Pac so much better and he is the only one I would take anything from pertaining to Pac.
but remember that cotto is fighting super pac. cotto can't hurt him and we all know that pac is better than mosley and clottey. lmao

Thats what I meant, even before the Floyd fight he didn't have an impressive win, Urango lost every round and Ricky couldn't hurt him. He was sold on more of star attraction than anything (thats why Floyd fought him). Pressure fighters never last this long in the sport. He did better that others though (Mcollough, Fenech...)

PAC will have to keep a very high work rate to beat cotto, lots of punches, lots of footwork, in & out, left to right, & I don't think he can do that for 12 rnds, his fans think he's not human but he is. After 6 or 7 rnds of all that work he's gonna start to slow up & be left unguarded cuz his D is his speed, & cotto only needs one punch to make the diff. I'm sorry folks but manny can't beat a real WW.
