He was waiting to fight Dawson, since he was made Dawson's mandatory. Obviously Dawson decided to give up his belt and now Cloud is fighting Woods for a vacant title. But he didn't go on a layoff just for the hell of it. Call him ****** for thinking Dawson would fight him or whatever, but he was made his mandatory.

Cloud is right when he says he has a more exciting style than Chad Dawson. I don't know for sure who wins that fight, but Dawson would have to box perfectly to win it. Dawson has no KO power and that is something that Cloud has.
