I guess Maliggnaggi got what he wanted, to get into everyone's head in order for people,promoters,and networks to feel bad for him and to give him another chance just in case he lost.He know it would be a close fight and he wanted the extra assurance.Although it was a smart move it was also a ***** move if you ask me.

So why didn't Maliggnaggi complain about the decision when he got a gift against Ngoudjo?Is New Jersey a dumb city too?

Statistically, the state with the lowest average IQ is Arizona. Texas comes in at number 25. But still... I see what you're getting at.

I don't want to in anyway align myself with the ideas in this thread but I will say.. an area with a culture of foolish behavior can ultimately lead to more ******ity than an area with simply limited intellect. A low IQ is not neccessarily the bottom line in terms of having ****** views or poor behavior.. although it certainly doesn't hurt!

Kind of harsh statement although I do agree that Texas and a lot of the South East states give America a bad rep. Texas isn't all bad though. A city like Dallas is very business oriented and one of the fastest growing cities in all of America. San Antone is pretty nice as well. The other cities are kind of dumpy.

Texas is without a doubt the dumbest state in America. Any time there is a fight there, there is controversy. Like in the 90's when Whitaker killed Chavez and got a draw? The judges from Texas and any refs that are appointed to ref in Texas are always complete **** and support the Texas favored fighter.
