btw, the eight ********* clearly states that cruel and unusual punishment is prohibited, that's why countries with "newer" and more advanced constitutions prohibit death penalty under any circumstances

I didn't make up those numbers, go look them up if you don't believe me. I also don't feel that lethal injection is cruel or unusual punishment for murders. If you kill someone then you should die too. If appeals would even be cut to 3 it would go a long way to making the death penalty even more affordable. Look at how much the taxpayers of Florida had to pay for Ted Bundy due to the endless amount of appeals. Death Penalty enforced in the right way can be affordable and also a decent deterrent.
