Would Holyfield have been unbeatable at cruiserweight?

Holyfield was a blown up cruiserweight and I never got why he fought at heavyweight. If he would have fought at cruiserweight would he have been the best ever at that weight?

He already is the best ever at the weight.

Would he have been unbeatable?Probably since he beat the best men there.

That's why he moved up to HW.

There is no fighter who campaigned at CW before or after Holyfield that I would have given the nod to over Evander.. He was a beast at that weight.

        Here's your answer.

Plus, in addition to the money, the big glory and events are at HW, not cruiserweight, a division which was really new when Holyfield fought there.

Holyfield's already considered the #1 cruiserweight of all-time anyway.

what about virgil hill, David Haye, Tomasz Adamek, or Michael Moorer? He beat Holyfield at Heavyweight but, he lost by TKO in the rematch(whenb Moorer was obviously washed up and done). He probably would've beaten those guys anyway.

There was nobody to fight at cruiserweight. He would have languished and been a lot like Roy Jones, dominating until he finally started to slip and got caught.

no, he packed on muscle and didn't move up naturally. He's fit and trim at 218 so I can't imagine him getting down to 200.

Holyfield almost lost to a past prime Qawi. A younger fresher Qawi could have beat him, thats it though.
