7,000 fans? i doubt that. houston texans were playing their preseason home opener in reliant stadium. more like 3-4 thousand mexicans, mexican americans, & diaz fans booing.

I guess Maliggnaggi got what he wanted, to get into everyone's head in order for people,promoters,and networks to feel bad for him and to give him another chance just in case he lost.He know it would be a close fight and he wanted the extra assurance.Although it was a smart move it was also a bich move if you ask me.

in the case of harold lederman's scorecard, it should be noted that harold lederman is from new york & is friends with paulie malignaggi & they also happen to live in the same apartment complex.

paulie knew he was in houston, he disagreed with the decision so he's gonna get booed. if diaz is from another city & the same exact thing happend he would have gotten booed too. this is not a houston thing, but a city thing supporting their home town guy.

lol It's an obvious bitter article, but Paulie hasn't been able to win a big fight convincingly since who the **** knows how long. So the out rage from his fans (like this guy) is understandable.

I mean I hate robberies, but I've seen worse. lol Far worse. I don't know how you can win a fight on flicking the jab where only 1 lands out of the 3 on a regular basis anyway.

Side Note-

I'm not even from Houston, and I would be booing Paulie too lol. I was happy when Paulie decided to try and trade, cause he was gettin lit up

But once he started goin backwards and flickin out that jab it just got flat out annoying. Because he wasn't even landing cleanly, and he was still moving out of the way so Diaz couldn't land cleanly either. I don't know how anyone saw that fight as entertaining, no one could land anything meaningful. That **** was an eye sore after the 3rd or 4th. But I do think Paulie should have won, I mean you add up their missed/glancing punches, and Paulie missed/glanced more. That's still more activity than Diaz was able to produce. If Paulie won that fight, it had to be by the hair of his ass lol..

Was it a blow out or a boxing clinic from Paulie? God no. lol So what the **** are half these people talking about? You're lil Italian Stallion just doesn't dominate or fight effective enough. He had a smaller guy in front of him and chasing him all night, and he couldn't take over the fight. Not only that but Paulie had enough excuses to reach O-Zone layer before hand, and at most all he really was really able to do is barely get past that same guy!?
