                Well C when he fights Cotto. If he could beat Cotto, then he has a good chance at beating Clottey, Mosley, etc.

                But i know Pacquiao cant beat Williams tho, He is two big. But everybody from 140 and down i feel nobody can beat him, but at 147, they are a little to big at that weight and 144-145 is a good catchweight to make theses Great fights happen.
