I'm not sold on all this 'Hatton is finished business'. Obviously he isn't an elite boxer, but he still has much to offer on the world stage. His only losses come to Mayweather, and Pacquaio where he was knocked out in both fights. However, in the Mayweather fight he gave a good account of himself in the early rounds, and in the Pacquaio fight his punch resistance was almost gone from his rapid weight loss. To say that he is finished on the world level is an overstatement. If he can live a boxers lifestyle for the next couple of years; providing he makes a comeback, he can still beat some of the top names.
Diaz, Bradley, Campbell, Khan, and maybe even Marquez are all winnable fights for Ricky. The only condition is, he has to stay healthy and committed. I have my doubts over whether he can finally stop the food and drink binges between fights, but if he can, he is still a top competitor at 140, and still has a few more big fights left in him.
