I won't say it, I will smile big , might even hollar at the tv and jump a chair or something, bounce off the wall, Cotto is protrayed as King of the nice hill, and Pacmang is coming to knock the nice King off the nice hill and he will do that by KO or make COTTO QUIT AGAIN !

A fight that's not fair because of a foreign substance isn't much of a fight. Would you have him take the risk of his face being broken, giving him a disadvantage in future fights? everybody have their own opinion regarding this fight. pacfans will say the pacman will make cotto quit using his speed while cotto fans will also say cotto will ko pacman using his strength and physical advantage.whether we're pacfan or cotto fan, one of two possible result will be announced come Nov. 14. first, either pacquio or cotto will win the fight aand second, niether pacquiao nor cotto will be declared the winner.

The boxing game is about seeing who is the best, who is guts and glory {Game}, taking on all comers, the hard part is when one's favourite does something that is not fitting in the sport like QUITTING for instance like Cotto or Roger Mayweather in his corner with his head hanging down.

The begining fighters weed out themselves by lack of skills, just don't have it or lack of heart I call gameness.

The upper levels bring the fighters to new heights , maybe their skills brought them to the clouds but in those clouds a close look will see flaws in all that are there. The flaws in Cotto and Roger Mayweather was not there skills but there HEART !!!!!!!!!!!

You are not tested by knocking everyone out, you are tested in the trenches by someone who will not QUIT , would rather die than QUIT, """""""""AND GETTING MORE INTENSE AS THE FIGHT GOES""""""""like in the Cotto Margo fight and the Roger May and Chavez fight. Those two fighters took Cotto and Roger M to places they had never been before , high in the clouds the heart flaw came out , they can't TAKE IT, not at the high level of fighters they were in with. HOWEVER!!!!

Lots of boxers like Cotto and even HOF's have not protest their corner's decision of stopping the fight. Remember that even though Cotto took a knee, (something that is often done by boxers when trying to get a 2nd wind and gather themselves while in trouble) it was his trainer who entered the ring and ultimately stopped the fight.

I must admit that there's no proof that Margarito had plaster (IMO he did because Capettilo himself said that the blood stain wraps found in the Mosley fight came from the Cotto fight) but Cotto suffered a broken nose in the 2nd round which limted his capability of normal breathing, for that and the following 9 rounds, providing less oxigen to his brain and therefore limiting his strengh and reflexes. Under these circumstances Cotto went thru war (hell) with a taller and heavier boxer until the effects of the punishment (probably plaster) started to reflect on his endurance managing however to demonstrate that he could had won the fight and even going toe to toe exchanging shots in the 10th and 11th round.

If a fighter that goes thru all those circumstances, does not complain when there corner stops a fight, when he's seriously in danger of suffering career ending injury or even a life threating battle, with out the energy, reflexes and strengh to defend himself, you want to call him "Quitter" so be it. I'll call him intelligent. True that we the boxing fans like to see boxers busted up, swelling and with blood all over the ring like Gatti, Corrales or others, most of us do not like to see fighters end up like Ali, Roach and several others, just because they probably were not "Quitters"

That same "Quitter" (Cotto) went thru hell again against Clottey (once again a taller, stronger and heavier boxer) and while suffering a huge cut over his eye early in the fight, he decided not to "quit" and while clearly in front of the score cards was asked if he wanted to continue he said YES. If he would had said NO the fight would had stopped and it would had been a easy victory.

These 2 fights and circumstances doesn't make me see this fighter as a "Quitter" on the contrary I see him as a warrior of lots of battles, more battles than most current boxers have faced in their careers and never refusing to exchange shots with oponents that most of other fighters in their division avoid and dont even accept to get in the ring with.

That same "Quitter" will provide us with another war against another great warrior (Pacquiao) something that might had not happened if he had not taken a knee or his corner had not stopped the Margarito fight when they did.

You call him "Quitter" I'll call him "WARRIOR OF THE RING"
