How to file a complaint to the Texas Boxing Commission

I urge everyone else out there who feels the same way about what they saw last night to file an official complaint. Hey if Juan won by a round I would feel the wrong man got the nod but maybe it was just because the judges liked the aggression in the 2 close rounds I may have gave to the other guy.

BUT 118-110 no way! that is a spit in the face to everyone out there. Gale Van Hoy needs to have the license revoked permanently to send a message to the other referees this incompetence or corruption has to stop!

    Let's do something about it:
To file a complaint or report a violation: http://www.license.state.tx.us/Complaints/
    Combative Sports
    CS.Combative Sports@license.state.tx.us

    Type of Complaint: Combative Sports
    A.
Would you be willing to testify if this case results in a hearing? Yes
    C. The person or firm you are complaining about:
    Name: Gale Van Hoy
Company Name: Judge appointed by the Texas State Athletic Commission
Physical Address: The commission has Gale Van Hoy's information
City/State/Zip: The commission has Gale Van Hoy's information
Mailing Address The commission has Gale Van Hoy's information
City/State/Zip: The commission has Gale Van Hoy's information
    Office Phone: Fax:
    E-mail: License or Registration #:
    D. EXPLANATION: Describe your complaint in detail.

    Example:

I feel there should be an investigation opened on a fight that took place at the Houston Toyota Center located at 1510 Polk St. Houston, TX 77002 between Paul Malignaggi and Juan Diaz televised by HBO. One of the judges who I am filing the complaint against Gale Van Hoy needs to be investigated for corruption and have his license to judge fights be permanently terminated. The public demands answers as to how his scorecard read 118-110 in such a universally agreed upon close fight.

This is video of one of the participants in the boxing bout Paul Malignaggi speaking about the possibility of Gale Van Hoy acting in a corrupt manner.

This isn't the first time that this has happened and most likely will not be the last. I would never do this normally but as a fan of boxing enough is enough for me and I speak for all my fellow fans of the sport as well.

Eventhough i felt Diaz won, Gale Van Hoy should never judge a fight again. If he is the guy i am thinking of, the guy is like 80 years old. A guy that old should not be judging world title fights.

Quit whining, even if Gale gave the fight to Paulie, Juan Diaz would have still won by split decision. Get over it, yall act like this is the first time it has happen.

i urge everyone also to file a complaint. im hoping paulie and his team decide to take some type of action to correct what happened last night. if paulie woke up this morning feeling like he did last night (which i believe he will) then he'll take some action.

                    and he should.

he shouldnt just say he got the raw end of the deal and take his lumps. he should try and either get the decision overturned or get it ruled a NC and have a rematch set up or something.

and Gale Van Hoy needs to have his judgement called into question. someone giving such biased scores should not be in control of determining a major fights outcome. someone like that shouldnt even be judging fights period if you ask me.
