Not quite 1 of those Casa-Santa Cruz 'a blind man can see he was robbed' type of decisions, but still an unjust one. Paulie got the best of it and shoulda won.

What does a guy's face have to do with who won the fight? What if I beat your ass for 11 rounds, but you rip me open with a well timed shot in the 12th round? Do you win the fight?

Some one confirm this...I'm pretty sure i saw Diaz' right side of his face badly swollen(not the side where the cuts were but the other side)

And in the post fight interview and presser it looked like he had minor lumps on his forehead...

And Paulie looked like he was just chillin(well he was anything but chillin) after a game of basketball all hyped over a bad call with no scratches on his face.

Then again it could just be me seeing things.

Paulie won... whoever thinks differently must have got Diaz mistaken with Jose Luis Castillo last night!

And uppercut in I think round 1 caused the cut..it landed right in the eye socket..then was supposedly re-cut by and elbow then the ref said it was a butt that reopened it

I'm not talking about the "headbutt" which was actually shown to be an uppercut. I'm talking about the other side of his face that looked swollen, not where he got elbowed or cut on the eye lid...

And DiegoFuego, your scenario is way different than what i am asking. If anything, Paulie whooped Diaz for those 11 rounds that you are proposing for your situation.
