WE all saw it with our own eyes last night. Even if you had Diaz winning it certainly was a close a fight but the judges obviously had at the very least a strong preference for the hometown Diaz and the outcome of the fight.
BUT HERE'S THE POINT:
BOXING HAS NO ONE PERSON OR ENTITY IN CHARGE AND RESPONSIBLE WHEN THINGS LIKE THIS GO WRONG.
Can we all agree on this? Until this problem is resolved boxing will always be talked about as one of the most corrupt sports around. too many belts, too many promotors behind the curtain and nobody making sure the sport has direction, operates ethically and acting with a firm and fair hand of correction and discipline when needed. The question is who is going to fix this and what can we as fans do to push this issue?
