when they started to fight i saw this. how come the commentators did say anything about this? i think hbo was trying to make this fight seem closer in size. they said that paulie is 5'7 when he is 5'8-1/2. and i know he outweighed diaz by more than 4 pounds. either way, juan diaz should not have taken this fight, what for? there are some people that i would say can move up effevtively, hes not one of them imo. he should never fight at jr welter weight. i was still amazed how he was able to get it on like he did with the bigger boxer that was on his A game. i had diaz edging it out in a close fight based on landing the more effective punches and backing paulie up all night with pressure. the patting punches that paulie landed werent **** to be amazed about and he was on his bike all night against the much smaller fighter.

i wasnt all that impressed by danny jacobs but he is still learning. ishe smith can fight and he will give alot of people problems.

Paulie was taller and Juan was fatter than normal but as far as size goes Paulie wasnt any bigger against Juan than Juan was against Marquez.

brotha, juan and juan were the same size. malignaggi was noticably the bigger guy, thats why hes a jr welter and diaz is a lightweight.

look at malignaggis arms compared to diaz, just compare their over all frames.

Paulie did look like he was bigger. I think Diaz wanted to test himself at 140 and what better opponent to try it to then someone who can't hit hard (paulie). Perhaps the weight is too much for Diaz. He wasn't able to fight how he usually does but maybe it was a little of Malignaggi's style. Anyway I thought Malignaggi won the fight

Please....In acuality I think Diaz could make it all the way down to featherweight if his fatass really tried. But as it was....I stand by my statement. Malignaggi is taller but as far as actual size goes...he didnt enjoy any more of a size advantage than Diaz enjoyed against Marquez.

yeah Juan looked smaller, he's crazy if he thinks he'll be as effective at 140 as he was at 135

yeah i was surprised about this. my whole prediction didn't factor in the size disparity because i thought Paulie was a small dude, well, small in regards to boxing. But he was obviously the bigger more physical guy.

I got my prediction right, but only because of shady scoring. I felt Paulie won that fight.
