but it says username then amount so i could steal from you i think

Im not sure of the specific number but there is a set % of the chance you can steal someone elses points..... It may be less than %50 chance but if you failed, you lose the points and the user you tried to steal from gets it.
and you can only steal points on 'hand' NOT when the points is on bank.
