There is nothing lucky about 39-0 and 25 knockouts. 25. Pac is following in his foot steps. First of all this is his first welter test comin up. He fought a punching bag first. Then he fought Dlh when he looked like a starving child. I remember Floyd going up to 154 which was too much weight and May was a taste slower and still won handily. Now you name a popcorn fight that he had.

People have short memories. Once Floyd stop Marquez they will remember.

LOL sure Floyd SHOULD defeat a smaller Marquez since he is used to fight smaller men in LOWER weight divisions. If he cannot do just that then he is a goner. However it's a different thing with the Pacman who is demolishing fighters in the HIGHER weight divisions. Atlas may have been paid to hype the coming PBF/Marquez fight and all his predictions against Pacman in previous fights were all BS.

          • Thank you Teddy!! I could not agree more with what he said about Manny. It is about time someone in the boxing media said it. All these media heads are all over Manny's nuts as if he is the greatest. He beat an overrated Ricky and weight drained Oscar. Roach and his team know what they are doing. They're putting him in there with guys they know he can beat. And now he is going to fight a weight drained Cotto.

And I don't agree with his assessment about Floyd being the pound for pound best fighter.

Good point seeing as how everyone else gets dropped after a years inactivity. Maybe he is in with Hoya or it may because he's mexican, but by rules, he should be dropped like anyone else. The retina tear caused a sideline, but inacivity is all the same in my book.
