If Hopkins was more active, I would rank him as #1 because he beat Calzaghe and Taylor in all three of those fights and got robbed on the cards. He'll finish out his career with either a fight against Adamek or Dawson. Pacquiao and Mayweather are both cherry pickers.

Why Atlas didn't say that DLH was a dead man and Hatton was overrated before he predicted they will beat Pacquiao?

That took away his credibility to me. I respect his opinion though

I think Teddy Atlas is just not that impressed with Manny
Pacquiao. I picked Oscar/Hatton to win as well because I
just see Pac as being to easy to get to by a skillful fighter (JMM)
and thought that Oscar/Hatton size and power would do him in
but Oscar/Hatton were not even competitive. I give Pacquiao
credit for beating those guys but before I say he's the best that
ever did it he should fight an elite fighter and beat him and Floyd
would be the man to give him that claim. Right now Pac/Floyd
need each other to solidify who's the best and that's not hate
that's the real deal. I think when/If they do ever meet
Floyd beats him and I'll bet points on that.
