Welcome to boxing. Most of us stay on top of FNF! I knw its hard when pacq aint fighting on there but I promise u there are more fighters that are just as good and a ton that are better than pacq. U just have to force yourself to dabble a bit in other fighters and u will find more enjoyment then ever in boxing.

The fist is only a point if contact the actual force is generated by the body behind it.If we have the same speed and the same mass and I have smaller hands then my fist is more destructive because the force is concentrated on smaller area while your bigger hands spread the force all over.

As a matter of fact that's why you should use knuckes when punching,it's to concentrate the force

That would apply to momentum which equals mass time velocity. A punch, although moving from a standstill,doesnt mean its accelerating at the moment of impact.
