what does getting "solid" have to do with Diaz? this isnt a body building contest.

If you think by the looks of his body you can tell whether he is in shape or not you are mistaken because if one thing has been proven is that Diaz has great stamina and always brings an insane workrate and pressure.

one thing you clearly do not have to worry about with Diaz is whether he is shape
