its obvious that cotto is not gonna punch100% in sparrings with calderon he is gonna use him for the FOOTWORK against a quick slick fighter like pac. imo a good plan, el gato is def another good choice
i dunno man sound sliek to me , another hatton fight by should be longer. ive wathed pacs work outs and sparing, and man aas diaz would say ****er has fast hands.and he was gettin nailed by a big black dude on the ribs and pac was letting him . and nothing, alot of guys willbe surpsied at what pac has right now, he is a way better boxer now and can handle gettin hit. as for cotto. his last few fights didnt impresme at all. if his speed and his pace is teh same as lat fights. cya later good nite sleep tight and wake up back in ur country boy.

Pac's first fight with Morales was too long ago and he has since improved greatly as a fighter. Cotto needs to study his more recent fights in order to come up with a good gameplan. I'd say his last 4 fights.
Very true, Pac's right hook has developed tremendously under Roach's coaching along side with the punching angles
I think Cotto will not hire Calderon because of his attitude of "kiss and tell". See, how he commented against ODLH when he bragged of allegedly whooping the ass of ODLH while he sparred with him? He is just like Valero..
Cotto's taken shots from practically the most hard hitting WW's in the division.I highly doubt pac hits harder then margarito,or mosley, nor harder then clottey.
When pac gets into the ring im sure this will be all new to him.His last 2 fights didnt equal to A FULL BLOWN 12 ROUND BOXING FIGHT.Not to mention he wasn't even touched?.......untested be a true welterweight yet will be the phrase.Hard fight for both.
pacman and coto have different approach in preparation for their fight, cotto plans to use a fighter almost half his size while pac will definitely stick to his junior middleweight sparring partners. i don't know who's approach is better.
i just hope cotto will not hurt his petite countryman.
