Who punches harder Abraham or Froch?

I don't know if this has been discussed, but what do you think who punches harder?? Both had some great KO, but who has harder one punch? I think AA punches harder.

Well but in his second fight he was fighting in catchweight and I remeber Mirnda saying that AA's punches was the hardest he has ever been hit or something like that. But still the fight between AA and Froch can be one of the most exicting fights in the tournement.

Froch has proven he can **** at 168, pound for pound I think Abraham is the harder puncher though.

Both men seem to be wear you down sort of punchers, but i'd give the edge to Abraham on one punch knock out power. Froch power however, is more proven at 168, although Abraham seems o dismantle everything he touches, so it will be interesting to see him carry that power at SMW.......especially against the divisions best.

Abraham has faster hands and good power. Froch is slow but he's strong with good power. I'll give Double A the nod.

thats a good point in bold

imo in terms of raw punching power id favour AA but i think its very close, what makes AA's punching power alot more signifcant is that he is a little bit quicker and doesn't telegraph his shots.

froch on the other hand does and because of that i think his shots are easier to avoid/roll with thus nullifying their impact.

both guys are extremely strong and heavy handed but im gonna say AA is the bigger puncher, that guy is like a wrecking ball.
