Still got a month to go. Probly just pacing himself and showing off for the cameras.

And besides...lookin at pads is a horrible measuring stick to judge a fighter's speed. It's nothin but grown man patty cake. Anyone can look like Pacquiao or Mayweather workin the mitts if they memorize the pattern well enough.
