What's with the recent Pinoy Boxer invasion???

There have been so many Filipino boxers emerging at the top level of the sport...

Penalosa (veteran finally getting his due props)
    Concepcion
    Bautista
    Viloria
    Banal
    Mayol

And I'm sure there are many more...

I'll ask the obvious question... How has Manny Pacquiao's success impacted the Filipino boxing scene???

theres so many more who deserves to be mentioned bro.. the world failed to see the our talent when it comes to boxing and thanks to pac, people were able to see that we can do something good for the sport. pinoys are passionate fans and here in the PI, we treat boxers with a high regard. pac being on a main event fight also gives other pinoy boxers the chance to show their talent on undercards. pac has done so much for philippine boxing

I'd only consider Donaire and Pac to be top level...Banal's a prospect along with Bautista...they have kinda come outta nowhere tho

Funny thing is most of these Pinoy fighters are from only one region of PI... What we are seeing today is only the tip of the tip of the iceberg.
