Why is Berto so protected compared to P-Will and JT?

I'm asking this because all three of these guys are managed by Al Haymon. Taylor and Williams have different promoters though. The competition that Taylor and Williams fight is leagues above what Berto is fighting. There are a few other fighters that Haymon manages like Forrest (did manage), Tarver, Andrade, and of course Mayweather. We have seen those guys in mismatches too. But I can't understand why Berto is the only one out of that bunch to step up his game other than the fact he is the youngest and least experienced. Everybody chime in.

well in REALITY... its because even though hes 25-0? something like that.. hes not up to par YET to fight the elite... thats why... hes an undefeated fighter.. that is called an investment in the business of boxing... although a good fighter, not quite up to par compared to the elite of the division... so he needs more tuning.. the promoter, DiBella does not wanna crack one of his investments...

He still fought better competition during his prospect days than what Berto has though. Beating guys like Raul Marquez, William Joppy, and Daniel Eduard are not highly impressive, but they are nothing to sneeze at either compared to the guys that Berto is fighting.

taylor was/is protected as well. taylor's team did not believe pavlik or froch was gonna beat taylor which is the only reason why they made those fights. taylor is a dibella hype job, and so is berto. berto is benefiting from taylor's losses because dibella is extra cautious with berto now.

                pwill is simply a beast.

Now that Taylor is more or less ruined they may be as good as each other, but P Will was never bottle fed, he fought top contender after top contender and then fought one of the toughest WW champs for his first title, and fought Winky in his first major fight above 147 the man is badass.
