You're confusing handspeed with timing and accuracy that's what Cotto has and he has it real good. He beat Malignaggi, Judah, and Mosley with his above average timing and accuracy. Wtf are you talking about. Oscar more or less guaranteed Cotto a fight, but he ruined it by getting anihilated by Margarito. Had Oscar forced cotto to come up to 154 after that beat down to get another one people would have seen it as cruel and inhumane.
