Juan Diaz: "nate campbell is not a true boxing warriror"..

This is an excerpt from an interview on BT w/ Ryan Burton:

BT: What do you want more, a rematch with Nate Campbell or a rematch with Juan Manuel Marquez?

JD: I would definitely want a rematch with Marquez because he is the only guy that has been able to stop me. From that fight my pride was a little hurt more than anything else. As far as Campbell, I wanted a rematch in the future but not anymore since his last performance. I don't think he is the true boxing warrior that he calls himself. He just flat out quit [against Bradley] and I don't think he deserves another chance.

I think Diaz would have beat Campbell without the cut. He's right, Campbell bitched out.

rather he thinks he deserve it or not campbell got in that ass first. he know he want his wins back from both of them. the campbell fight will propbly never happen though, the marquaz fight can still possibly happen.

How was his pride hurt from getting beaten by one of the greatest of this generation? There is certainly no shame in losing to JMM.

Naaaahhhh.. he may not be a true warrior but hes a hell of a fighter... and extremely technical and can punch .. he also does alot of damage late... i think he would have stopped bradley late if not for the cut .. but ths just my opininion

Diaz is right, and I think he would have beat Campbell without the cut that resulted froma bunt. Diaz just fights bad when he sees his own blood.

Any loss hurts a boxer of Diaz's calibre. No matter who it's to.

Diaz is still a bum with a padded record. Like Atlas said; When you fight weak comp just to stack your record, when you fight real comp, you don't shine.

He don't shine when he fight real comp. Just padded up to make himself look pretty. Watch Malignaggi beat him by UD.
