In all seriousness though...actually I was dead serious about the Chris Byrd comment....anyways back on topic: it depends on the fighter. Some guys say ot ****s up their legs n energy level. I cant stand still as it is so if anythin it calms me down to where normal people are not like my ADD/ADHD ass. I remember I was going for what was to be more or less an audition to train at a friends gym, hit the bag a lil, work some mitts, spar a lil if I felt up to it. I had sex for an hour or two, laid with her till her parents had to go to work, snuck out, went home n got 2 to 3 hours of sleep, worked 8-5, then drove to the gym for my "audition". Hands down I'll still say that was one of if not my best days in a ring. I didn't have sex before either of my 2 fights I've had so far n I feel I was too tense. Anytime I'd have sex before training I was much more relaxed n would flow much better.

And I think Mick had it all wrong, I'd have sex for at least an hour, 3 tops (at that point it becomes like the US occupyin Iraq right now, it hurts but you been in that long can't pull out now regardless how disappointing the end will be), and then I'd go for a jog through her neighborhood montage style, Eye of the Tiger would start playin outta nowhere n I'd find a huge random staircase to run up n jump at the top triumphantly, everytime.
