When I visited your country the first time, a taxi cab just looked at me and then he ask where I was from. I told him Puerto Rico first thing he say to me after that was that benitez was one of his fav fighters.

I have very good boxing conversations when I was there so yes, its great to have pinoys in the sport and their fans also. They seemed very knowledgeable.

pinoy fans have the same ratio of hardcore fans and bandwagon fans as any.

right now pacquiao is hot so it just seems like there's more of the bandwagon fans.

look at floyd stans. some are knowledgable but a lot are new to boxing as well because of when floyd made it big a couple of years ago.
